How to choose the right plan

Two things decide which plan fits: how many conversations your business has each month and how many people need access to the inbox. Everything else — the AI assistant, the integrations and the dashboard — is available on every plan.

If you answer every message yourself, Basic is usually enough. If several people share the work — reception, sales, support — Business lets you invite up to 5 agents and hand conversations off between the bot and your team.

What every plan includes

• An AI assistant that answers from your business information: hours, prices, services and FAQs.
• The official WhatsApp Business API and Telegram bots.
• All integrations, including Calendly for bookings and Shopify for orders.
• Interactive buttons and lists, and assignment of conversations to agents.
• Analytics to see what customers ask and where sales slip away.
• No code: you set everything up from the dashboard, and we guide you through connecting your channels.

Extra conversations

If you go over your plan's conversations in a month, you don't get cut off. Extra conversations cost $0.03 USD each on Basic and $0.08 USD each on Business. If you regularly go well above your limit, Business or Enterprise is usually the better fit.

Enterprise: built around your organization

Enterprise is for companies with high volume, many agents or special requirements: unlimited users and conversations, custom integrations, enterprise analytics, dedicated support and the option to self-host. Pricing depends on your needs — contact sales and we'll put together a proposal.

Prices in USD and COP

Plans are billed in US dollars. For businesses in Colombia we show the approximate value in pesos: ≈ 148.200 COP for Basic and ≈ 300.200 COP for Business. The final amount in COP depends on the exchange rate.
